Carpenter's Cottage is a 4 star semi-detached self catering cottage located in the Derbyshire Dales within a sensitively converted 19th century flour mill complex.
It is warm and light and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms with accommodation for five people.
There is gas central heating and the kitchen is well equipped for having a stress free holiday.
The lounge diner has two sofas and a dining table with six chairs.
Private parking is available for two cars.
The location is ideal for exploring the Dales and the surrounding area.

A beautifully presented period cottage offering a blend of character features and practical living. Ideally located for access to Matlock town centre and the surrounding countryside by foot, car, or public transport.
External Access & Parking
- Private parking: Two designated spaces located in The Mill’s private car park, approx. 50 metres (54 yards) from the cottage.
- Access route: Gently sloped path over gravel and small paving stones.
- Drop-off: Vehicles can stop briefly at the cottage entrance for unloading (no long-term parking).
Entrance: Flat area outside front door; single step (15 cm / 6") leads into the property via double doors (1.37m / 1.5 yards wide).

We understand plans can change. If you cancel 42 days or more before your arrival, we’ll be able to offer you a partial refund. For cancellations made within 42 days of arrival, we’re sorry but refunds aren’t available.
